By accessing and using the Chateau De Pups (CDP) website https://www.chateaudepups.com/  (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

The content of this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software (the "Content"), is the property of Chateau De Pups and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. CDP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.  

ANY RELIANCE ON THE CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. CDP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE.  

5. Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CDP TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE WEBSITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100)..

By using the Website, you expressly relieve CDP from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between CDP and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the State of California.
